How Does Coaching Bring About Change?

Would you like your life to be different immediately?
Often change seems to be something that is going to take a long time to achieve. Yet, lasting change can start from a commitment to doing a few things differently from this moment forward. Below are two different approaches to change through communication.
Why not take a look, see if one or the other speaks to you.
If you’re interested, Coaching and a commitment on your part can make a difference NOW.

Transformation through changing your communication…

Would your life be better if your communication was more effective?
What if you were able to be clear about what you wanted to say, what your feelings and needs were?
What if you could ask for what you wanted?
What if you could listen in a way that gave someone acceptance?

All these things are possible. As you improve your communication the benefits grow and multiply as all areas of your life are impacted. Paying attention to a few fundamental concepts along with learning skills provides you with choices that make a huge difference in the quality of your life.

You can’t “rewind” in life…you can learn to hit the “pause button”

Ever regret you didn’t hold your tongue?
Ever make it worse by putting in “your two cents worth”?
Ever want to “take it all back”?
Ever think, “if only I hadn’t said that”?

If any of these sound familiar, you are ready to learn the “Power of the Pause Button”. Learning about communication dynamics and skills can provide you with the power to improve the quality of communication interactions in your life.

I had a wonderful conversation with you – it seemed that I was able to connect situations in my past with habits that I have developed. The concrete steps you and I devised have been helpful to envision my goal.
Clarity and daily follow through are difficult but I see they are not impossible and I do feel my goals have value and I am motivated to pursue them.
